When will my purchase ship?

We’re a small 2 person operation so orders generally ship out once a week. Please expect your item to ship within 7-14 days of purchase. All orders will be shipped via USPS. Please ensure you double check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

PLEASE NOTE, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If for some reason you item has been lost, please contact USPS with your tracking number to open up a case.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to US and Canada.

How do Pre-Sales work?

Pre-sales will last 1-2 weeks and some exclusive items and variants will ONLY be available via this method. Once pre-sale has ended, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and shipping. You will receive an update when your item has shipped.

Please note: Pre-sales are based on minimum requirements for printing. If the item you chose does not meet the minimum, you will be refunded at the close of pre-sale.

Can I return my purchase?

Apart from size exchanges and defective items, all sales are final. Please read our Terms of Service for more details.

Always refer to the sizing charts provided before purchasing. If there is any doubt please email us.
